All sessions at Tribe are led by a coach, you are never left on your own. You just have to book and show up, leave the rest to us!
After an initial consultation, where we learn about your goals, any injuries you may have and anything else you would like us to help with, we devise your plan and get started.
The private gym is never crowded, and we have a large, free car park.

1 to 1 personal training
Whatever your fitness goals, Tribe are here for you. With our holistic approach to health and fitness, work with our coaches to achieve what you want. From weight loss, sports specific strength & conditioning, to moving and feeling better, we have it covered with our individual approach.
1 to 2 shared personal training
With our shared personal training sessions, achieve the goals you want by working with our coaches and enjoy training with up to one other person in your session. A great way to meet like minded individuals and make personal training more affordable by sharing the cost. You do not have to bring another person to your session, you are merely sharing the cost, we arrange everything for you.
